The Faces of Parvo
A memorial page dedicated to the innocent lives lost to this deadly disease.
“We cried a river of tears as they crossed over the rainbow bridge, there was nothing more we could do for them.”

Canine Parvovirus is a deadly communicable disease. It is transferred on shoes, clothes, tires, and hands. When a breeder asks you not to visit other places where dogs have been before coming to their premises, and ask you to observe other precautions, they do so because they want to protect their dogs and puppies from this invisible threat.
The pups and dogs pictured on this page had all their age appropriate vaccinations, yet still lost their battle with Parvo. It is for them that we mourn.
Talk to your Vet about vaccination schedules and when it will be safe for your pup to be out in public where other dogs have been.
