C.H.A.M.P. Assistance Dogs, Inc. Canine Helpers Allow More Possibilities C.H.A.M.P. Assistance Dogs, Inc. is a nonprofit organization which places skilled service dogs with people who have disabilities. They also provide disability awareness education and therapy dog teams to the St. Louis, Missouri area.

Their Mission

It is the mission of C.H.A.M.P. Assistance Dogs, Inc. to improve and enhance life skills and promote companionship through the placement of specially selected service dogs with qualified individuals, and further, to always celebrate the mystery and joy inherent in the canine/human bond. Marcee Coonrod donated Desi to C.H.A.M.P. in St. Louis, Missouri. Service dog in training Blitzen, an 18 month old Golden, is one of his best buddies. Desi with her new working cape Desi at Target Desi at the Vet Update - June 2007 Chris took Desi to the baseball game last Monday and he had a great time. Lots of meets and greets. Lots of noise and attention. All in all it was a great experience!
