Behavior Tip of the Month

Educational TV For Your Pet

A wonderful resource to solve your dog's, cat's, bird's, rabbit's, etc. behavior problems is right on your television every day if you get the Animal Planet channel. A world-famous animal behaviorist named Patricia McConnell has a daily program called Petline. Pet owners send in videotapes of their pets who have problem behaviors. She analyzes the problem and presents solutions on the program. She is tremendously knowledgeable as well as gentle and kind. No jerking of choke chains, hurting, or scaring your pet. She uses the latest methods of teaching animals. If you have Cox or Time-Warner Cable (Channel 64), Petline is on at 9:30 every morning--I tape it daily and watch it at my leisure. If you have another cable company, call your cable company for times. Patricia McConnell's program is truly fascinating and teaches us so much about our pet's behavior. Too bad we can't put our pets in front of the TV so they learn as well.
