The Romp was just wonderful! We all had SUCH a good time, and it was a thrill to see so many golden doodles, all so different in size and appearance.
It was amazing that with all those dogs (20+) there, and all off the leash, that we had no skirmishes, just lots of face licking and whiffing, and a little friendly wrestling. Several of the doodles took a swim in the ocean with their owners....

It was also Beau's first birthday, so hostess Ellen made two cakes for the humans, one buttercream and one lemon, and even a cake for the dogs, made out of hamburger and "iced" with mashed potatoes!
