Wisconsin Doodle Romp September 2003
The 2003 Wisconsin Doodle Romp was a huge success. There were 20 dogs who met on September 21 in Middleton (near Madison), and had a wonderful time. Although most families were from Wisconsin, we had rompers who traveled from Minnesota and Indiana as well. It was an indoor/outdoor romp on a beautiful fall day, and as you can see some pups thoroughly enjoyed the wading pool!
The dogs seemed to truly enjoy themselves and families found a lot in common in addition to their special animals. Some were even surprised to meet littermates. I expect the Wisconsin Doodle Romp will become an annual event.
The pool sure is popular!

It was a great day. What wonderful dogs. No aggressive behavior - just lots of romping and wrestling and dogs with smiley faces.
This breed has enriched so many lives.
