"I've written about the dog-toxicity of the popular sugar substitute xylitol so often and so fervently that a Google search for "xylitol and dogs" digs up my past posts on the subject among the first several findings. And that's cool. But it's not nearly enough."
Note that they do not claim it is a comprehensive list, so just because a product is not on there does not mean it is safe (read the label!)
The more reports, the more likely they are to take some action. The more people that raise the concern, the more likely they are to take it seriously. There are millions of dog owners, let us speak up! Getting proper warning labels on all products containing xylitol would be the ideal. ;)

August 14, 2010 - Michele Reinkemeyer of Heaven Scent Paws ordered to pay back fraud victims
The civil case against Heaven Scent Paws and Michele Reinkemeyer has been decided. A judge has ordered Michele Reinkemeyer to pay back over $192,000 to the families that were scammed. Additionally, she has been ordered to cease and desist from the diabetic alert dog business.

July 29, 2010 - Update to Labradoodle FAQ : Donald Campbell, a British speed record breaker who died in a water speed record attempt in 1969 used the term 'Labradoodle' in his autobiography in 1955.
"It was a gloomy job but we had some laughs, many at the expense of my dog, Maxie. I'd had him since he was a pup in 1949 and we call him a "Labradoodle" since he is a mixture of a Labrador and a poodle, all black with thick, curly hair." This quote can be found in his autobiography, Into the Water Barrier, Odhams Press Limited, 1955 on page 125.

Zoe the Goldendoodle won 1st place in the OB Novice "A"competition on both days with scores of 190 and 190½. It was a combined group with both purebreds and mixed breed dogs.
