Good morning! Guten Morgen! G'day!
My name is Jerry, Jerry Doodle. I was born on the 12th January 2003 on Birdwalk Farm in Crossville, Tennessee. I am a 2nd generation doodle (lab/poodle cross = labradoodle) and very, very special.
After 6 weeks of waiting, I finally arrived at my final destination yesterday (22nd Feb. 2003).
My new address is in Cincinnati, Ohio.
My mum is Vera and she is taking good care of me. We already had a busy night with lots of crying. I was so lonely because I missed my 11 brothers and sisters and also Murphy, my travel companion. I think my mum is very tired today - she also had to take me out 3 times during the night. I don't know what happened - but I just had to go!
Today I am already much better. I am getting used to my new mum, my new den (crate) and the cold climate in Ohio. I can't wait for summer to come so that I can play in the big backyard. Right now it's one big mud-pit and I'm not allowed to wander off on my own.
Tomorrow I am going to visit the vet for the first time. I'm his first doodle patient and the staff is already very excited because they don't know what a doodle is. Hopefully they will all treat me very nicely and won't poke too many needles into my tiny body.
Right now, the only thing I want to do is eat, sleep, play and pee. I already had an accident in the kitchen, but it was my mum's fault because she woke my up and didn't take me outside straightaway. Otherwise I am pretty good at making myself understood, meaning when I have "to go".
I gotta go now.
